I went to an Acro-yoga class last week, honestly it was the best new activity I've done in ages. Fun, I learned a load of great ideas for warming-up activities, hard(!), and a fun blend of flexibility, balance and raw strength coupled with a lot of trust (you become especially aware it might be a bad idea to drop the Acro-yoga teacher on her head in your first ever class). Something new, it was a refreshing new way to get active and vary the routine.
I was still sore from it two days later (in a good way I might add!).
