the number of pull-ups I can do on a doorframe edge without warming up. Yes, I've had nothing better to do with an injured ankle! (more on injury in next post....)
An old benchmark was that you could climb 8b/+ comfortably if you could do more than 30.
Here's hoping I get an opportunity to put this to the test this year! Can someone name the best routes of that grade they'd recommend? And now that it's written on Facebook and the blog I can't pull out :)
